ACE (ADR Crossborder Enforcement)

From the 4th until the 7th of October 2022 the repeated ACE (ADR Crossborder Enforcement) took place. This time in the Czech Republic. There were participants from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands and Croatia.In total 36 vehicles were checked, by the means of transport modes "tank" (25x), "bulk"(1x) and "groupage" (10x).

In case of 17 vehicles infringements were found, from which 11 times resulting in a fine and 6 times an official warning was given, Due to more severe infringements vehicles were immobilised (3x ADR and 1x technical condition).
